Franchise Territories

Our franchise offices supply temporary and permanent staff to companies within a protected territory. Each franchise is its own local recruitment business and uses the strength of our established prestigious national brands to build its reputation.

An office will usually employ two or three staff during the start up phase, increasing into double figures for mature offices. All offices operate from town or city locations approved by us, with premises fitted to our approved corporate standards. All offices use the same proven quality accredited systems and have access to a comprehensive range of head office support functions and major contracts.

Territories are carefully selected to ensure that there is sufficient potential to develop a strong, viable business. You will be the only Select Appointments, Parkhouse or Select Hospitality office trading in your territory, whilst having the ability to develop relationships with neighbouring offices to enhance business opportunities. At present our primary focus is on providing support to our existing nationwide network of offices and we are therefore not presently inviting applicants for new territories, although we do regularly seek talented new franchisees to take on existing offices where their current owners are looking to retire or move on..
